It is known that there is a growing demand of sorghum in the food and beverage industry in Ethiopia and outside. Due to the suitability of environmental conditions at Mamay Farm and the fact that the crop is tolerant to adverse weather conditions, we produce good quality of sorghum using improved technologies of crop production. We have enough stock both for local and export market.
