Red pepper flour

It is one of the main ingredients for Ethiopian dishes. Prepared from blends of chili, ginger, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, and lots of other spices that add flavor to cuisines. 1Kg packed in plastic for sale.

Chili Pepper Powder ⁄ ሚጥሚጣ

It is blend of hot chili peppers, dried spices and other ingredients, but hotter and saltier than pepper. It is used for cooking various foods or as side seasoning for dishes, mostly served with roasted meat or tibs.

Roasted Barley/Beso

Beso is a ground roasted barley. It is mostly shaken with mixture of water, sugar or salt to make juice which is used as a fast food.
